Data processing time and inactive profiles

SpecialistsGrid processes the personal data of registered users until the cancellation of their profile. Customer contact details are processed for the entire duration of the business relationship.

In all cases, commercial communications are sent only until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from them.

Data collected for marketing purposes, including sending commercial communications, targeting advertising and improving the SpecialistsGrid offer, is processed for the duration of your consent. In the case of cookies, the data is retained for as long as you allow the storage of cookies within the cookie settings on the website or in your browser, depending on the expiry date of each cookie. The processing may therefore continue even after you withdraw your consent, and at most until the expiry date of the relevant type of cookie.

Inactive profiles:

In the event that a user does not log in to their profile on the SpecialistsGrid platform for more than 3 years, they will be asked to confirm their interest in using the services and update their profile. If the user does not respond to the invitation within 3 months, their profile will be frozen. The frozen profile will be anonymised after a further 3 months. Anonymisation means that personal data will be removed from the profile or modified so that it can no longer be linked to a specific person.

• Security: we implement security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Transfer of data abroad: your data may be transferred and processed in countries outside your country.

• Reasons for processing: we process your data only on the basis of your consent to use the service.
