PM Contractor with Telecom and MS Teams Implementation Experience(Contract, Hybrid - Prague)
SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Project Management (PM) contractor with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to join our team for a long-term project.
The Project Management Contractor will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of MS Teams and M365 projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, particularly in telecommunications, and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and a proven track record in managing similar projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of MS Teams and M365 projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between remote and onsite teams.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong technical background with an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in managing MS Teams implementations is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of M365 implementation processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel to the Prague office.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience working in a hybrid remote/onsite project setting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
